NOXAR analyzes tender dossiers (DCE) and delivers a Tender Health Score, Hard Veto check, risk matrix, pre-bid questions, and GO / NO GO recommendation — with an executive PDF.
Does this replace our internal studies?
No. NOXAR structures an evidence-backed first read to accelerate decisions. Pricing, technical memos, and legal advice remain your responsibility.
How long to receive the report?
Pilot phase: delivery within 48 business hours after receiving a complete DCE (RC, CCAP, CCTP minimum).
What if the DCE is incomplete or unreadable?
NOXAR flags PARTIAL or BLOCKED analysis. No confident GO recommendation is produced when quality guards prevent it.
Free pilot — then what?
First analysis may be free in exchange for structured feedback (20 min). Commercial terms shared after pilot.
